Michael B. Taylor, MD treats all aspects of adult urology with a special focus in benign prostatic hyperplasia (otherwise known as BPH or enlarged prostate), kidney stones, men's health, urethral stricture disease, prostate cancer, and bladder cancer.
Dr. Taylor has pioneered several procedures in the state of Idaho. He was the first urologist in the state to perform the following:
Dr. Taylor has a track record of excelling both academically and surgically. He was class valedictorian in high school, graduated Magna Cum Laude from Brigham Young University, elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society of his medical school (University California, Irvine), received the Humanism in Medicine Award, and was selected by the faculty as Surgical Student of the Year. He completed his Urology Residency training at the University of Utah.
Prior to starting his independent practice, Dr. Taylor served as Medical Director of the St. Luke's Meridian Medical Center Operating Room.
He is a member of the American Urologic Association and is Board Certified.

Robert E. Jackson, MD treats all aspects of adult urology with a special focus on men’s health issues including vasectomies, male infertility, erectile dysfunction, incontinence, Peyronie’s disease, prostate cancer detection, kidney stones and benign prostatic hyperplasia (otherwise known and BPH or enlarged prostate).
Dr. Jackson is among the highest volume surgeons in the state for procedures including penile implants, artificial urinary sphincters, varicocele repairs, vasectomy reversals and surgical correction of Peyronie’s disease. He also has expertise in a wide spectrum of surgical treatment for BPH including RezūmTM, Urolift®, Greenlight Prostate Photovaprozation (PVP), Transurethral resection of the Prostate (TURP) and Holmium Laser Enucleation of the Prostate (HoLEP) allowing him to tailor his treatment plans to the patient’s individual needs and goals.
Throughout his career, Dr. Jackson has been at the forefront of urologic advancement in Idaho including performing the state’s first robot-assisted vasectomy reversal and leading the creation of the state’s first comprehensive Men’s Health Clinic and its first prostate cancer survivorship program.
During his education and training Dr. Jackson worked to excel in both academics and in service to his community, which has positioned him well to continue to serve the residents of the Treasure Valley. He graduated with honors from Brigham Young University where he served as President of the Pre-Medical Student Association. In medical school at the University of Iowa, he was one of only four students in his class inducted into both the academic (AOA) and Humanism in Medicine honors societies. He received the Distinguished Student Service Award for his contributions to medical student leadership. He completed a Urology Residency and a Fellowship and Male Infertility and Sexual Dysfunction at the University of Michigan.
Prior to starting his independent practice, Dr. Jackson served in multiple leadership positions at St. Luke’s Health System including Director of Men’s Health, Quality Officer for the Department of Urology and Medical Director of Boise/Meridian Urology.
He is a member of The American Urologic Association, The Sexual Medicine Society of North America and The American Assocation for Reproductive Medicine and is Board Certified in Urology.

Garrett Sweet NP-C has progressed through multiple roles in the medical industry for 16 years. His introduction to Drs. Jackson and Taylor came as a Surgical Technologist, assisting in various operations including urological procedures in the Boise area.
Garrett obtained his Bachelor of Science in Nursing. He then worked in the Emergency Department supporting Adult and Pediatric Trauma. This work was complemented in completing his academic preparation with a Master of Science.
Though Garrett was formerly taking care of patients as a PCP, he is now focused exclusively on general urology. He treats a variety of conditions including BPH, kidney stones, low testosterone, hematuria, erectile dysfunction and monitors patient recovery post-operatively.

He resides in Meridian with his wife and 2 children. He enjoys exploring the outdoors, hiking, fly fishing, and traveling with his family.
